I. Preparation:

b) Set the temperature required for longitudinal sealing and horizontal sealing of the mold, and let the temperature on the temperature control table rise to the required temperature of the packaging material.
Second, the boot sequence:
1, inching the packaging machine commissioning. Turn the blanking clutch lever to the disconnection mark. No abnormality starts the machine to run.
1. Adjust the stepless speed controller to the slow position according to the identification.
2. After the machine stops, follow the step of drawing the film to send the package material along the former to the longitudinal mold, press the seal, pull the clutch out with the right hand, pull the film to the pull-out wheel with the left hand, and close the pull-up clutch.
3, start the empty bag packaging mechanism, check its sealing quality.
4, together with the material handle, observe the cutting time is correct.
5. Put a small amount of material in the material bucket, start the packaging machine, test the finished product, and check whether the package weight meets the requirements.
6, the above preparations are completed before the end of mass production.
Third, the shutdown sequence:
Disconnect the blanking clutch → Press the stop button to stop → Disconnect the main power switch → Sweep, clean
Fourth, note:
1. The operator must be proficient in the above procedure, otherwise it may cause the machine to malfunction.
2, the machine in the work process, should pay attention to the machine sound is normal, the temperature is normal, whether the packaging film is used up, whether the materials are used up. During the production process, the operator must not leave the packaging machine and the problem should be checked and stopped in time.
3, when adjusting the institutions must remember the original size and location, so that when the adjustment is not ideal to return to the original starting point.
4, the new machine run-in must be running at slow speed for 100-150 hours.
5, do not put tools and foreign objects on the machine to prevent falling into the mold, damage the mold.
6. When the job is suspended, it is necessary to move the sealing mold off.
7, after a long time of work with a special copper brush to clean the mold surface, is conducive to sealing quality.
8, the machine is prohibited during the operation of the hand or items close to the active part.
9. Regularly check whether the fastening parts of the machine are loose and disconnected.
10. The gearbox should be replaced with oil (36#) once every 3 months, each time with the oil centerline.
