The subject of mechatronics and manufacturing informationization of excavators passed the acceptance test
The 863 project “Mechatronics and Manufacturing Informationization of Excavators†undertaken by Shanhe Intelligent Machinery Co., Ltd. has recently passed the acceptance of experts in the field of advanced manufacturing and automation technology in Changsha.
The research group developed a mechatronics excavator with independent intellectual property rights, such as elevation guidance function, state detection function, trajectory control function and high efficiency and energy saving, using modern design method and system integration technology. The improvement of quality has greatly promoted and demonstrated the implementation of informatization in manufacturing enterprises.
Shanhe Intelligent Machinery Co., Ltd. has also established a modern production line with an annual output of 1,500 mechatronics excavators, forming mass production and exporting foreign exchange. The code management system with the characteristics of Shanhe was developed, and the integration with CAD, CAPP and PDM was realized. Tailor-made, secondary development, step-by-step implementation of ERP system, completed 12 modules with financial core, and realized the interface with PDM and OA system, and initially realized the informationization of enterprises.
