Komansa hand in hand to develop a crane
Comansa of Spain and Jingjiang Town Zhejiang Jiepai Holding Group Co., Ltd. signed a cooperation agreement on June 15.
Comansa is the original company of the international flat-top crane. It has the world's leading advanced manufacturing technology and management level, and is also a high-tech enterprise in Spain. In the second half of last year, the company intends to invest in China. After more than half a year of investigation and negotiation, it finally decided to cooperate with Zhejiang Jiepai Holding Group Co., Ltd. The project has a registered capital of 8.16 million US dollars, a total investment of 20.4 million US dollars, and Comansa has a 51% stake.
It is understood that the QBT80245 smart tower hoisting fabric dual-purpose machine currently produced by Jiepai Construction Machinery Co., Ltd. is the national "Eleventh Five-Year" Spark Program, with an annual production capacity of more than 200 units. The maximum lifting capacity of the tower crane is 56 meters. The maximum fabric width is 45 meters, which is the largest fabric radius at home and abroad.
After the implementation of the joint venture project of Zhejiang Jiepai Holding Group and Spain Comanche, it will become the base for R&D, production and sales of tower cranes in the Asia Pacific region.
