Water Jet Cutting Machine DescriptionA water jet cutting machine is an advanced tool that uses ultra-high pressure water to cut through a wide range of materials. The system pressurizes regular water to up to 3,000 bar, which is then forced through a nozzle with a diameter of 0.3 mm, creating a high-speed water jet traveling at about three times the speed of sound. This powerful jet can easily cut soft materials like paper, sponge, and fiber. When mixed with abrasive particles, it can cut almost any material, including metals, stones, and glass. The machine consists of four main components: the CNC-controlled cutting table, the cutting head, the abrasive feeding system, and the waterjet intensifier pump.
