Water/Ice recovery in Johnsburg 2-4-12

A fisherman from Wonder Lake, 29-year-old Justin Ribar, tragically lost his life after falling through the ice in Pistakee Bay on Friday evening. Authorities confirmed that his body was recovered this morning, bringing an end to a difficult search operation. The Coroner’s Office reported that he was pronounced dead at 11:12 a.m., and an autopsy is scheduled for Monday at 9 a.m. The incident occurred around 6 p.m. when a lakefront homeowner called 911 after hearing cries for help from the bay. Although the caller never saw the person, they could hear the distress calls, according to McHenry Township Fire Protection District Chief Tony Huemann. Rescue teams quickly mobilized, using air boats to navigate across the ice. They discovered a glove, a boot, and fishing gear near a section of broken ice, which led them closer to the location of the incident. Fire department divers and support personnel worked tirelessly in freezing conditions to recover the body. The efforts were captured by local photographer Tim Olk, who documented the scene with several images. One photo shows an air boat making its way to the center of the bay, while another captures the team preparing for the recovery mission. The NW Herald reported on the tragic event, highlighting the dangerous conditions that can arise on frozen lakes. Local firefighters and emergency responders played a crucial role in the search, demonstrating their dedication and professionalism during a challenging time. More photos from the recovery operation are available in a gallery, offering a glimpse into the intense efforts made by the teams involved. Customized Nitrogen Generator For Laser Cutting

High power fiber laser cutting equipment has many common pain points in different cutting and processing scenarios of sheet metal:

Using oxygen for cutting thin carbon steel has slow efficiency and is prone to slagging.

The cutting cost of carbon steel with liquid nitrogen is high, and the cutting surface is rough; Severe slag sticking on medium and thick carbon steel; unable to cut thick carbon steel

Severe slag accumulation during air cutting of carbon steel increases polishing costs

Using oxygen to cut carbon steel requires high requirements for the sheet metal, with multiple oxidation layers, severe rust, and materials that all affect the stability of cutting quality

Cutting a large amount of stainless steel or carbon steel with air can easily cause contamination of optical lenses

Using liquid nitrogen to cut aluminum plate has severe slag hanging and poor cross-sectional quality.

In order to ensure cutting efficiency and effectively reduce cutting costs, Suzhou Xinrui Purification Equipment Co., Ltd. has launched two types of laser cutting specialized nitrogen production devices, PSA nitrogen generators and membrane nitrogen generators, after years of dedicated research and development and extensive process testing.
