They will be issued in succession in mid-June, and will be fully implemented nationwide on July 1.

At the same time, some opinions and suggestions have also been put forward, mainly focusing on three aspects: first, the first base rate of electricity is considered to be low; second, it is recommended to consider the difference in household population and the situation of consolidated users; and third, to consider seasonal factors, or The ladder price is executed on a yearly basis. In areas where the household electricity consumption is seasonally obvious, some regions adopt the method of setting the electricity standard in different seasons, and some regions adopt the annual settlement method to solve the problem of seasonal electricity consumption.
According to the requirements of the National Development and Reform Commission, the competent pricing departments of various regions should, as far as possible, take into account the operability, make detailed plans to facilitate the implementation of the people, safeguard the interest of the people, and ensure that low-income groups do not increase the burden due to the ladder price; Improve the quality of service, speed up the "one household, one form" transformation, as soon as possible so that all residents of the user can implement the ladder price; also hope that the majority of residents can be a reasonable adjustment of electricity use, not only for their own savings, but also save resources for the country.
