The truck was taken out of service in 2016 due to a seized engine. The Detroit 8V-92TA engine underwent a rebuild in October 2019, while the Hale QSMG150 pump was serviced in January 2020. Both the aerial and pump passed inspection in July 2020. All necessary paperwork will be provided. You can find more details in the spec sheets available in the photos. However, some gauges and lights may not function properly. There are minor air system leaks, and the A/C and heating systems do not operate. The check engine light is on, showing code 53, which might suggest an issue with the ECM.
Please note that no additional equipment such as ground ladders, hoses, or tools are included in this auction. Some service manuals and filters have been retained inside the cab. The body shows signs of wear, including scratches, dents, and corrosion in certain areas. The passenger-side rub rail and body panel are damaged, as visible in the photos. There is also a hydraulic leak on the left side of the turntable. This could simply be a loose fitting, but fluid can be observed around the edge of the turntable in the images.
If you're interested in inspecting the vehicle, kindly call ahead for arrangements.

As of my latest update, this auction has generated significant interest, with six bidders currently in the race. The high bidder's identity remains anonymous, as indicated by the asterisks. Given the age and condition of the vehicle, it presents both opportunities and challenges for potential buyers. The rebuilds of the engine and pump are positive steps, yet the electrical and mechanical issues need addressing before the truck can return to active duty.
For those considering this purchase, it’s essential to weigh the costs of repairs against the value of the truck. With the right investment, this vehicle could serve another decade or more. However, without proper maintenance, its operational lifespan could be limited. If you’re looking for a project vehicle or a collector's piece, this might be worth exploring further.
Feel free to reach out if you have any questions or need additional information about the auction!
