DESCRIPTION
1. Drawing: Provided by the customer or designed based on the sample.
2. Mold: Designed and produced in-house.

Production Capacity:
1. Automated Casting: 2 sets of ABB robotic arms for cylinder head molds. Operate 6 molds per shift with 1200 pieces per day. Average 20 tons of aluminum cast daily.
2. Traditional Casting: Flexible mold replacement for different items. 2 shifts for 10–20 types of parts. Daily casting capacity of 1000–2000 pieces.
3. Machining: Six lean production lines for cylinder heads. 24-hour operation. 1000 finished parts and shipments daily. For export parts, 15 CNC machines operate 24/7 for hundreds of different parts. Over 10,000 export parts monthly. 1000–2000 pieces completed daily.

5. What quality control devices do you have in-house?
We have a spectrometer to monitor chemical properties, a tensile testing machine to control mechanical properties, and UT Sonic for non-destructive testing to detect internal defects in castings.
