DESCRIPTION
1. Drawing: Provided by the customer or designed based on the sample.
2. Mold: Designed and manufactured in-house.
3. Product Material Options: A360, A380, ADC12, ADC3, AlSi12, AlSi9Cu, ZL102, ZL104
Production Capacity:
1. Automated Casting: 2 sets of ABB robotic arms for casting cylinder head molds. Operating 6 sets of molds for cylinder heads, 2 shifts per day, producing 1,200 pieces daily. Average 20 tons of aluminum cast daily.
2. Traditional Casting: Flexible replacement of different molds. 2 shifts operation for 10-20 items. Total casting capacity of 1,000-2,000 parts daily.
3. Machining: For Cylinder Head: Six lean production lines (A, B, C, D, E, F) for machining cylinder heads. 24-hour operations. 1,000 finished and shipped parts daily. For Export Parts: 15 CNC machines working 24 hours for hundreds of different parts. Flexible production with over ten thousand different export parts monthly. 1,000-2,000 parts finished daily.

5. What quality control devices do you have in-house?
We have a spectrometer to monitor chemical properties, a tensile test machine to control mechanical properties, and ultrasonic testing (UT) for non-destructive testing to detect internal defects in castings.
