1. Application and Characteristic:
The High Pressure Cooking Kettle has the advantages of high pressure resistance, corrosion resistance, high productivity etc. It is widely used in the cooking area. It is especially designed for the cooking of bone soup.

2. Structure:
The cooking kettle is composed of kettle body, cover, heating system, bearing frame etc. The kettle body and cover are all made of stainless steel.

The tank body and cover is connected by the flange which is compress tightly by the flemingia rings nut. It is discharge by tilting the pot body, temperature and pressure test hole, safe evacuation hole etc on the top of the cover.

When using the kettle, input right amount of water before putting into the material.

The flange must be compressed tightly by the flying ring nut.

Open the gas valve.

When the material reach the needed temperature, close the gas valve.

If the temperature is not enough after processing for one stage, open the gas valve again to reach needed temperature).

After finishing cooking, vent out the air of the pot. When the pressure is 0 Mpa, loosen the fly ring nut, open the cover, take out the material, drain up the cooling water.

Use warm water to clean the material sticky to the inner wall as soon as possible and use 40-50 Celsius degree temperature alkali water to clean the inner wall completely.

Use clean water to wash. The gas switch can not be opened when the kettle is empty. The pressure should not be higher than fixed work pressure.

To maintain the kettle, the work condition of it should be taken cared usually, checking out the safety valve, the pressure gauge, the thermograph. If there's some error, replace or repair it in time.

When the kettle is not used, use warm water to clean the inner and outer wall of the pot constantly, keeping the surface cleaning and bright to reach durable purpose.
