Disposable Paper Cup Making Machine Mg-C800
MG-C800 HIGH SPEED PAPER CUP MACHINE uses three turnplates. The machine adopts a desktop layout, insulating the transmission part and mold. The transmission is placed in a frame box under the table, with automatic lubrication spray. The open cam design, interrupted division, gear drive, and longitudinal axis design allow for efficient distribution of functions. Each mold is set on the table for easy cleaning and maintenance. MG-C800 has two steps for top curling forming: the first step rotates the top curling, and the second step heats and forms, resulting in a more perfect cup. The electric parts are controlled by PLC, photoelectric tracking, and servo feeding. It is suitable for 4 to 16oz hot and cold paper cups.
The MG-C800 high-speed paper cup machine simplifies the process of making paper cups. It can complete tasks such as paper feeding, gluing, bottom feeding, heating, knurling, mouth curling, and cup collecting. It is especially suitable for making paper cups with heights ranging from 50 to 135mm.
