Disposable Paper Cup Making Machine Mg-C800
MG-C800 HIGH SPEED PAPER CUP MACHINE uses three turnplates. The machine adopts a desktop layout, insulating the transmission part and mold. The transmission part is placed in the frame box under the machine table, with automatic lubrication spray. The machine features an open cam design, interrupted division design, gear drive, and longitudinal axis design, allowing for efficient distribution of functions. Each mold is set on the table, making cleaning and maintenance easier. The MG-C800 has two stages for top curling forming: the first stage rotates the top curling, while the second stage heats and forms the cup, resulting in a more perfect cup shape. The electric parts of the MG-C800 use PLC control, photoelectric tracking, and monitoring throughout the entire process, along with servo-controlled feeding. It is suitable for 4 to 16oz hot and cold paper cups.
The MG-C800 high-speed paper cup machine simplifies the paper cup forming process. This machine can complete paper feeding, gluing, cup-bottom feeding and heating, knurling, cup-mouth curling, and cup collecting. It is especially suitable for making paper cups with heights ranging from 50-135mm.
