1) Product Information: Our gate valves are primarily used for controlling water, steam, oil, gas, and natural gas in chemical industries. They are designed for reliable performance in various industrial applications.
2) Standards: These valves comply with AWWA, DIN3352 F4/F5, BS5163, and BS5150 standards, ensuring quality and compatibility across different systems.
3) Connection Type: Available in flanged, push-on, mechanical joint, and plain end configurations to suit different installation requirements.
4) Material:
A) Body: Ductile Iron GGG500-7
B) Wedge: Ductile Iron with a fully vulcanized NBR or EPDM rubber core
C) Wedge Nut: Brass
D) Stem: Stainless Steel (BS970 431S29 or DIN17440 X20Cr13)
E) Gasket: NBR
F) Bonnet: GGG500-7
G) O-ring: NBR
H) Washer: Carbon steel or stainless steel
5) Size: Ranges from 50mm to 400mm (2" to 16")
6) Pressure Grade: PN10 and PN16 options available
7) Coating:
A) Fusion-bonded epoxy coating (0.2–0.5 mm) on both inner and outer surfaces
B) Custom coatings can be applied based on customer specifications
8) Packaging: Each valve is packed in a carton, with wooden boxes used for external packaging for added protection during transit.

- Face-to-face dimensions follow DIN3202-F4
- Flange drilling conforms to DIN2532/DIN2533
- Nominal pressure ratings: PN10 and PN16
Testing
- Working Pressure:
- PN10: 1.0 MPa
- PN16: 1.6 MPa
- Shell Test Pressure:
- PN10: 1.5 MPa
- PN16: 2.4 MPa
- Seat Test Pressure:
- PN10: 1.1 MPa
- PN16: 1.76 MPa
