10 New Coal Chemical Projects Acquired Development and Reform Commission Roads
Since March, 10 new coal chemical projects have been “roads†by the National Development and Reform Commission, that is, the approval of the General Office of the National Development and Reform Commission to carry out the preliminary work of the project. The total investment for these 10 projects is between 200 billion and 300 billion yuan, including 5 coal-made natural gas, 4 coal olefins and 1 coal-to-oil project.
The five coal-based natural gas projects include: the CPI Group Huocheng project with an annual production of 6 billion cubic meters, the Shandong Xinwen Mining Group Yili, Xinjiang, with an annual output of 4 billion cubic meters, and the Guodian Group Xing'an League with an annual output of 4 billion cubic meters. The project, the annual production of 4 billion cubic meters of project of CNOOC Shanxi Datong and the 4 billion cubic meters/year coal-to-natural gas project of Inner Mongolia Xinmeng Energy Company. The four coal-to-olefins projects are: 600,000 tons of coal-to-olefins projects invested by Sinopec Group in Guizhou Zhijin, Sinopec and Henan Coal Group, which invested 600,000 tons of coal-to-olefins projects in Henan, China Coal invests in Yulin, Shaanxi The coal-to-olefins second phase 600,000 tons of coal to olefins project, Gansu Huahong Huijin company invested 600,000 tons in Pingliang project.
