5. After-Sales Service

The machine comes with a one-year warranty from the date of shipment, excluding electrical components, provided it is used and maintained correctly.

Installation Support:

(1) If installation is required, Liming will send a technician to the buyer’s factory abroad at no cost. The buyer must assist in obtaining a visa for the technician and cover airfare and accommodation expenses.

(2) Before the technician arrives, the buyer should prepare:

• Position the machine within the factory.
• Prepare necessary electrical wiring.
• Provide materials for trial operation.
• Offer labor support during installation.
• A Chinese-speaking interpreter, if possible, to ensure smooth communication.
