5. Service After Sale

The machine is guaranteed for one year from the date of leaving our factory, excluding electrical components, when used correctly.

Installation:

(1) If installation is required, Liming (the seller) will send a technician to your factory abroad at no cost to assist with the setup. The buyer must help with the visa application for the technician and cover the round-trip airfare and local accommodation.

(2) If installation is needed, please prepare the following before the technician arrives:

• Position the machine in your factory.
• Prepare necessary electrical wiring.
• Provide materials for trial operation.
• Provide laborers for assistance during installation.
• If possible, provide a Chinese-speaking interpreter to ensure smooth communication between the buyer and technician.
