Why does the solenoid valve of a large road sweeper have a check valve?

The overflow valve of the solenoid valve of the large road sweeper has a failure of the line of the check valve and the overflow valve, which will cause the hydraulic mechanism of the hydraulic system part of the large road sweeper to fail to operate normally. In severe cases, even the entire vehicle's hydraulic system may be paralyzed. What caused the situation of the check valves in the overflow valve of a large road sweeper ?  

1. Impurities in the hydraulic oil tank of a large road sweeper plug in the spool can cause a relief valve check valve condition.

2. Under long-term use, the overflow valve spool of a large road sweeper will be damaged. If there is damage to the spool, it needs to be replaced in time.  

When the relief valve of a large road sweeper has a check valve, the first step is to disassemble the relief valve and use an air gun and diesel for cleaning. The relief valves of large road sweepers are installed in large boxes, while the relief valves of small road sweepers are installed behind the cab. When disassembling the relief valve of a large road sweeper, it is necessary to raise the large box of the vehicle. When disassembling the valve, it is necessary to notice the size of the spring in the valve plug and the installation order of the valve plug. After cleaning, use your hand to push the lower valve plug. If it is found to be unobstructed when going back and forth, it is necessary to replace the new set of overflow valves.  

After the secondary engine of the large road sweeper is started, observe if there is any abnormal condition in the lower oil pump, and use the poppet button of the Phillips screwdriver Koto Relief Valve. Observe that the pressure gauge under the relief valve shows no pressure. If the pressure gauge is under pressure, then the hydraulic system is still not able to perform normal operation at this time, then the line of the overflow valve has a failure. When a large road sweeper is used for a long period of time, a longer period of jitter will easily result in loosening and falling off of the wire in the operation box. When performing a line fault check, the underflow can be observed. The indicator light above the valve, under normal use, the indicator of the relief valve is always on under the condition that the switch of the operation box has reached the working condition. If it is during normal use, the individual valve set of a large sweeper vehicle cannot be operated normally, but other valve sets can still operate normally. The electromagnetic valve of the valve set can be contaminated. The result is a stuck valve. The second possibility is that there is a line fault in the valve group.
