Introduction
The CDL and CDLF vertical multistage stainless steel centrifugal pumps are manufactured using advanced global technology, offering an outstanding hydraulic design, high efficiency, and energy-saving performance. The internal impeller, casing, and other main components are all made of stainless steel, ensuring a smooth flow channel. The bearing housing and sleeve are constructed from hard alloys to provide long service life and prevent secondary pollution. The shaft seal uses wear-resistant mechanical seals for excellent leak-tightness.

Applications:
The CDL/CDLF series is a multifunctional product suitable for conveying various media such as tap water and industrial liquids under different temperatures, flow rates, and pressures. The CDL model is ideal for non-corrosive liquids, while the CDLF model is suitable for slightly corrosive liquids.
1. Water Supply: Water filtration and transport in waterworks, pipeline boosting, and high-rise building boosting.
2. Industrial Boosting: Process water systems, cleaning systems, high-pressure washing systems, and fire fighting systems.
3. Industrial Liquid Conveying: Cooling and air conditioning systems, boiler water supply, condensing systems, and acid/alkali handling.
4. Water Treatment: Ultrafiltration, reverse osmosis, distillation, separators, and swimming pools.
5. Irrigation: Farmland irrigation, spray irrigation, and drip irrigation.
Operating Conditions:
• Thin, clean, non-flammable, and non-explosive liquid without solid particles or fibers.
• Liquid temperature:
Normal temperature type: -15°C to +70°C,
Hot water type: -15°C to +120°C
• Ambient temperature: up to +40°C
• Altitude: up to 1000m

Maximum Working Pressure:
The following figure shows the pressure and temperature limits, which must be within the specified range.

Performance Curve:
The following conditions apply to the performance curves shown below:
1. All curves are based on measurements at 50Hz with constant motor speed of 2900rpm or 2950rpm.
2. Curve tolerance conforms to ISO9906 Annex A.
3. Measurement is conducted with 20°C air-free water, kinematic viscosity of 1 mm²/s.
4. Pump operation should refer to the thickened curve to avoid overheating due to too small flow rate or motor overload due to too large flow rate.
