The CDL CDLF vertical multistage stainless steel centrifugal pump is manufactured using advanced global technology. It features an outstanding hydraulic design, high efficiency, and excellent energy conservation. The impeller, casing, and other key components are made from stainless steel, ensuring a smooth flow channel. The bearing housing and sleeve are crafted from hard alloy to guarantee a long service life and prevent secondary pollution. The shaft seal uses a wear-resistant mechanical seal for superior leak-tightness.

Applications:
The CDL/CDLF series is a versatile product suitable for conveying various media such as tap water, industrial liquids, at different temperatures and with varying flow rates and pressures. The CDL type is ideal for non-corrosive liquids, while the CDLF type is suitable for slightly corrosive liquids.
1. Water Supply: Water filtration and transportation in waterworks, pipeline boosting, and high-rise building boosting.
2. Industrial Boosting: Process water systems, cleaning systems, high-pressure washing systems, and fire fighting systems.
3. Industrial Liquid Conveying: Cooling and air conditioning systems, boiler water supply and condensing systems, machine-related purposes, acids, and alkalis.
4. Water Treatment: Ultrafiltration systems, reverse osmosis systems, distillation systems, separators, and swimming pools.
5. Irrigation: Farmland irrigation, spray irrigation, and drip irrigation.
Operating Conditions:
• Thin, clean, non-flammable, and non-explosive liquid without solid particles or fibers.
• Liquid temperature:
- Normal temperature type: -15°C ~ +70°C
- Hot water type: -15°C ~ +120°C
• Ambient temperature: up to +40°C
• Altitude: up to 1000m

Maximum Working Pressure:
The following figure shows the pressure and temperature limits, which should be within the scope shown in the figure.

Performance Curve:
The following conditions apply to the performance curves shown below:
1. All curves are based on measured values at 50Hz: Constant motor speed of 2900rpm or 2950rpm.
2. Curve tolerance complies with ISO9906 Annex A.
3. Measurement is performed with 20°C air-free water, kinematic viscosity of 1mm²/sec.
4. Pump operation should refer to the thickened curve to avoid overheating due to too small flow rate or motor overload due to too large flow rate.
