A: Yes, we can provide samples. For regular items, the cost varies depending on the quantity you want. For new products, there may be a minimum order requirement for samples.

A: Yes, we can customize the packaging as per your request, but you will need to provide a trademark authorization letter.
Q3: How do you ensure product quality?
A: Every torch from Huarui undergoes insulation resistance testing, high voltage testing, air/water flow testing, and air/water sealing tests before packing. If any defective items are found, we usually issue a credit or replace them in the next shipment.
Q4: What is the order process?
A: First, we discuss the details via email or TM. Then, we send you a Proforma Invoice for confirmation or a Trade Assurance payment link. You will need to make a full prepayment before production starts. Once we receive the payment, we proceed with the order. It typically takes 5-15 days if the item is not in stock.
