The Qt10-15 Automatic Cement Concrete Block Machine is a specialized piece of equipment designed for producing building blocks. It can utilize various materials such as fly ash, slag, gangue, industrial waste, river sand, gravel, and cement to create a wide range of products including hollow blocks, porous blocks, curb stones, pavement blocks, grass blocks, slope protection blocks, and ring tree blocks. With the addition of a color machine, it can also produce layered blocks.

This machine features a gantry frame structure made from high-strength steel, ensuring durability and resistance to shocks. It uses a material storage mode with an independent foundation, allowing for efficient material delivery. The net wave swing feeding device ensures excellent feeding performance. The cartridge-type welding molds are made from manganese steel that has been carburized and quenched, maintaining their quality even after 100,000 uses. It can be integrated with a PL1200 batching machine, JS500 or JS750 mixer, 8m conveyor belt, and stacker to form a simple production line.

The Qt10-15 machine combines mechanical, hydraulic, and PLC control technologies. It offers high efficiency, ease of operation, and maintenance. The block molding process primarily uses hydraulic systems, with mechanical components as support. Vibration and pressing are used to complete the molding. The compressive strength of all blocks exceeds 21 MPa, offering high density, good impermeability, freeze resistance, and excellent sound insulation, heat insulation, and thermal insulation properties. The external dimensions are precise and consistent.
