The five major industrial clusters of carbon fiber new materials, synthetic rubber, organic chemicals , fine chemicals, and plastic wax are all planned and constructed. The entry of leading projects, the extension of industrial chains and the growth of clusters have basically taken shape. By the end of the “Twelfth Five-Year Plan” period, the planned land area of ​​the five major industrial cluster projects based on “10 million tons of oil refining and one million tons of ethylene” will reach 13 square kilometers, attracting investment of 70 billion yuan, and achieving a production value of 100 billion yuan.
