East Hazel Crest FD updates

Here's an update from Matt Schumann:

Just a quick note with some recent changes at East Hazel Crest Fire Department.

The station has been reclassified as MABAS Division 24, Stations 17 and 18. They've recently updated their fleet, replacing the old Chevy Caprice with newer models.

Car 17 is now a 2003 Chevrolet Tahoe, and Car 17X has been upgraded to a 2008 Ford Crown Victoria. These are the latest vehicles in service at the station.
