D. **Cross-Rule Machine Units**: Features a counting unit of 0.01m, with automatic slowdown prediction and plate rotation when the set meter is reached. E. **Operating Console**: Constructed from stainless steel for durability and ease of cleaning. F. **Meter Counting Platform**: Includes one-way bearing guide pulleys on both upper and lower wheels. The material is aluminum alloy with porcelain coating for added strength and corrosion resistance. G. **Delivery Line Structure**: Designed with a two-section cylinder, ensuring high precision in wire-traversing rods and guide pulleys. H. **Wire Feeding Mechanism**: Uses a cylinder to clip the wire, with a round turning platform on the same surface. It also includes a guided wheel with a PE adhesive tape holder. I. **Coiling Height**: Adjustable depending on the fixed plate height. Customers are required to provide three different height specifications. J. **Mechanical Direction**: Available as a left-hand machine or customizable per customer request. K. **Painting**: Standard color is No. 2 Apple Green, but can be customized upon request. 1) Transparent PE film wrapped around the product, followed by a wooden box for protection. 2) Corner protection using cardboard and secure wire ropes for safe sea transportation. 3) Entire production line equipment packed in a 20-foot container for convenience.
