It can handle a wide range of media with different properties and viscosities due to its special structure and the selection of appropriate materials. The pump operates efficiently within a temperature range of -10°C to 200°C and can handle medium viscosities from 1.0cSt to 300,000cSt. Work Principle: The driving gear (external rotor) with internal teeth drives the internal rotor, rotating in the same direction inside the fully enclosed pump body. As the rotor turns, a negative pressure is created at the suction port, drawing the liquid into the pump. The liquid is then carried to the discharge port by the rotor, where it is expelled through the meshing gears, completing the liquid transportation process. Advantages: 1. Steady delivery without pulsation, minimal vibration and noise. 2. Outstanding self-priming ability. 3. Capable of handling corrosive media if the proper materials are selected. The working temperature can reach up to 200°C. 4. The same rotational direction of the internal and external rotors results in low wear and long service life. 5.
