Vibrating screen description

It supports up to 5 layers. But 3 layers is highly recommended.

It has four available materials: all stainless steel 304, 316, contact part SUS 304, or carbon steel Q235A.
The voltage can be customized. 220/240/380/415/450V are all available. 50 or 60HZ is also supported.
With large capacity, small volume, high screening efficiency, easy screen change, and good safety performance.

Working principle of vibrating screen

It's a vertical motor that is installed with eccentric hammers on the top and bottom, acting as a vibratory source. The eccentric hammers convert the rotation track into horizontal, vertical, and inclined movements, which are then transferred to the sieving surface. Adjusting the phase angle between the top and bottom eccentric weights changes the trajectory of the materials on the sieve.
